I sent money to my business partner on 09/19/2021.I sent that money outside the country for business reason ( to pay my shop rent, and launch my project). I have my company here.They put my money on hold and asked me to call customer service. I called the customer service the next morning and they asked me lot of question about my business partner for scam and security reason.I gave them my point and explanation.they told me that,they have to cancel my order because there is lot of scam going on in that area. It is not my first time I am sending money to my partner. They canceled my order and they told me my I will get my refund in 2 to 3 days. It has being 4 days and I still not get my refund back.i am businessman and it not my first time I use this service to transfer money internationally. Because of that I lose my sponsors on my project and get charge for late fee for my shop rent. If it was health emergency case,it means that it will be late by this time. This company should be shut down ASAP. They randomly cancel transactions for NO reason. Then its impossible to get thru to their compliance department because.they randomly cancel so many transactions. Once you get someone on the phone it is someone overseas who can't talk good english. Then they get an attitude and hang up on you. They put a fraud alert on my name and tell me that there is nothing that the can do.... THIS is who ******* does business with... And ******* worker don't know any better either..... I plan to collect my funds tomorrow & I may STILL take them in small claims court. How can one company mess up such a simple process? I plan to shout it from the rooftops. Leave it to ******* to use a shady non service like this. Never again! BAND RIA **************************
